Its a wonderful practice to have a course for God parents. Pity this is not in practice(to my best knowledge) in Bangalore diocese. U can req for a online course on this subject. And if this is acceptable to Mumbai pp.
We were asked to be god parents. We live in Bangalore. But the church authority in Bombay says we have to complete a course and get a certificate. I asked about the god parents course at Saint Anne's Bangalore but they said there's no such course. The priest in Bombay is not allowing us to be the god parents if we don't provide with certificate. Please reply back on this.

hi Tinju, while coming from marathahalli bridge to HAL through old airport road, you will meet a signal immediaely after a petrol bunk in the left side,ie.bore well bus stop. From the bus stop there is a road going right, at the dead end of this road only church is situated. I am not sure about the daily mass timings.On sundays @06.30 : kannada,@07.30 : malayalam, @08.30 : tamil.

Dear Father,
We are a Telugu speaking catholic family settled in Bangalore few years back near by Anne's church. We observed Anne's church has got mass on all south languages except Telugu. We also observed enough number of Telugu people are turning up to Anne's church since recent times, henceforth I would humbly request to initiate and discuss with the concerned (Bishop) and form a mass for Telugu service as there is not even one Telugu service church near by Maratha halli area.
