Brief History:

A piece of land was bought here in 1990 and a small Chapel was built to cater to the pastoral needs of a few Catholics. This Chapel was a sub-station of St Paul’s Church, Thiruvottiyur. Fr Philip Manathra said Mass here only on Sundays. In 1994, Fr M Antoni Swamy extended it and said Masses on Thursdays too. On 20th June 2004, this sub-station was bifurcated and erected as a Parish Church.
