Prayer Before Meal

Father almighty I thank you for this special meal that you have provide for me.

I pray that you bless it to be a spiritual food that will nourish my body and my soul, may you also share this food spiritually with those who don’t have for the moment especially the hungry and the poor.

I ask this through Christ Our Lord.
