Cathedral Festival: 5th to 15th January every year
Ex-Bishop of Salem Diocese on 27.11.1991. Michael Bosco Duraisamy celebrated the consecration of the Child Jesus Cathedral in a grand manner. Since then, the Pure Xavier parish has been renamed and relocated to the Infant Jesus Cathedral parish and continues to flourish.
