Brief History:

The shrine was established in 2003 when the OSB congregation purchased agricultural land in Nagamangalam. During 2008 construction preparations, workers discovered crystal-clear water at approximately 1.5 feet depth. A young man with diabetes who drank the water recovered completely within 45 days without insulin injections. This marked the first miracle at the site. Subsequently, many pilgrims from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala have reported healings from various ailments and family reconciliations. A larger church building is under construction. The feast is celebrated over ten days centered on May 19th, and the Our Lady of Lourdes Feast on February 11th.
