Brief History:
This small faith community comprises 60 Catholic families. With support from foreign sisters and local clergy efforts, the community was united in common worship. The congregation initially gathered in a modest thatched structure before constructing their permanent church building with aid from German donors and community labour. The foundation stone was laid July 4, 1976, and the church was consecrated June 14, 1978. It operates as a branch parish under St. Anthony Church, Nagacode.
