Brief History:

The congregation initially worshipped at a distant parent church, prompting local believers to establish a modest thatched prayer hall in 1910. A permanent structure was constructed in 1970 by Fr. Barnabas with community support. The current church building was consecrated on June 12, 2010 by Bishop Peter Remigius. The inaugural feast day witnessed approximately 120 marriages being formalised and parishioners receiving their first communion. The church now serves approximately 45 families.
