Brief History:
During the cholera epidemic of the 1925-1930 period, devoted parishioners established a small chapel to provide prayer and relief services dedicated to St. Anthony. Singing hymns during Christmas provided funds for distributing rice to the poor. The structure developed into a full parish church, gaining official status as a subsidiary parish in 1964 and becoming an independent parish on November 1, 2014. A new church building was consecrated on May 14, 2017, now serving 320 families with 10 religious sisters.
