Brief History:
St. Anthony’s Church, Kuruvikkadu, was established in 1935 by Fr. Thanislaus who erected a cross shrine where the faithful gathered for prayer. The church functioned as a branch of Puthenkaidi parish until 1973, when Holy Carmel Mother Church, Kolvel, was elevated to independent parish status. The parish serves approximately 84 families and observes the feast of St. Anthony in May.
