History

According to the word, we will see the Pure Guardian Angels Temple and its special features which appeared as a part of people’s life above 100 years ago..!
In the year 1967, Ayar Methaku Anjisamy separated it from Pakiyapuram and made it a separate division with Manjalumudhu (Lourdugiri) and Pilavlai as branches.
In 1975, when Manjalumudu was separated from the upper division, the Pilavlai temple was converted into a branch of Manjalumudu. In the same year 1975, Vattavilai and Parakonam, which were branches of Thiruthuvapuram branch, were converted into branches of upper part by Venerable Bishop Arogya Samy.
