In 1992, in commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of Vellikodu Bank, Arudpani. A. Mariadas set up an art gallery. Also a social service building was constructed.

As people started coming to Kurusadi to pray and get well, a booth was built on the north side of Kurusadi to accommodate the patients.
