Brief History:
The church was planned in 1978 and established in 1979 on the canal bank, initially functioning as a branch of the Siluvapuram parish. The original structure was demolished and rebuilt approximately 200 feet away in 1990. It became an independent parish in 1991, then came under Thirumala Parambu parish in 2002. The church compound now includes a Marian shrine consecrated in 2009, a community welfare centre established in 2010, and an expanded main church structure completed in 2012, serving 125 families.
