Brief History:
Christians settling in the Masanetti area near Seshurajapuram named their settlement Arogyapuram. They initially traveled to Seshurajapuram for worship. In 1986, a school was established, later serving as a weekday mass venue. Recognizing spiritual needs, Rev. K. Arokya James initiated construction of the church, consecrated by Bishop Joseph Antony Irudayaraj on September 22, 2010. The parish was elevated as a branch under Seshurajapuram parish. The altar was renovated in 2018 by the current vicar. The church serves 45 families and the feast is celebrated on September 8.
