Brief History:
Holy Health-Giver Church, Veppuvilay, has its origins in centuries-old communal devotion when villagers suffering from plague and infectious diseases installed a statue of Our Lady of Good Health and witnessed healing. A modest shrine deteriorated over time until 1997, when a proper chapel was constructed and formally consecrated on January 2, 1999. The church serves as a branch parish under St. Anthony’s Church, Vellayambalam, attracting many devotees seeking healing and serves approximately 140 families.
