Brief History:
The Christian community at Susaipur traces its origins to 1932 when four individuals received baptism. Initially called Vanniyur due to the area historical Nair community dominance, the settlement was later renamed Susaipur. A small thatched chapel was constructed in the 1940s, followed by a larger structure with tile roofing in 1950. The parish was elevated to independent status on March 7, 2012, having previously functioned as a branch of Trivandrum parish. The community now serves 263 families across 11 associations.
