Brief History:
Infant Jesus Church, Vasantapuram, originated from efforts by Fr. M. Thanislaus in 1965, who advocated for a separate church to serve the local Christian community. After decades of development, the community established a temporary structure in 1998. The permanent church was consecrated on January 12, 2005 by Bishop Leon A. Dharmaraj of Kottar Diocese. The parish serves approximately 160 families across 4 satellite chapels, with the feast of the Infant Jesus celebrated in January over seven days.
