Saleth Mother Church in Salethmathaapuram serves 50 families as a branch of Saint Michael the Archangel Church, Michaelpalaiyam. The church was recently renovated on August 14, 2019, and blessed by Dr. Anthony Pappusamy, Archbishop of Madurai Archdiocese. The feast is celebrated on August 16 each year, with flag hoisting on August 14, a procession and community Mass, and a chariot festival on August 16. Accessible from Dindigul via Nilakottai to Michaelpalaiyam, with bus routes 7G, 9G, and 9E stopping at Michaelpalaiyam.
