Brief History:

Holy Blessings Church at Ashirpuram is located 2 kilometers south from Chinnakampalaiyam junction on the Tharapuram-Pollachi road. The church was established as a small chapel and functioned as a branch parish under Tharapuram before becoming an independent parish in 2017, managed by the MMI (Amalraj Missionary Institute). The parish serves 61 families with an affiliated chapel of St. Anthony’s Church at Alangiyam. The feast is celebrated on the first Sunday of February with flag hoisting, followed by the main celebration and procession on the second Sunday.
