Brief History:

There were some catholics in the Barney area of Katoria Block at the time of the Patna Jesuits. They were visited from Harimohra. The TOR’s bought a Baptist Mission Property in 1962; transferring the Novitiate from Gokhla. The Church was built by Fr. Simon Engler TOR in 1965. The parish priest listed are: Fr.
