Brief History:
The church originated when five wealthy families from the village accepted Christianity and collectively constructed a small chapel. After decades of growth, the congregation built a larger church in 1940. The parish became independent in 1979 under Fr. Lawrence, with branch churches established in nearby villages. A new church building was consecrated in 2013, now serving around 325 families.
