Brief History:

The parish was established in 1977 under Rev. Fr. Xavier’s guidance, initially functioning as a branch under B. Pallipatti Parish. It became affiliated with V. Kongrapatti Parish in 1997. On June 14, 2015, it was elevated to Mission Territory status under Bishop Singarayan’s leadership. The church compound, altar, and priest’s residence have undergone significant renovations under various pastors, with infrastructure improvements including water wells and chapel construction. The church serves 80 families organized into 4 associations including the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Mary’s Legion, Catechesis, and Youth Movement. The feast is celebrated in August.
