Brief History:

This church was established through the efforts of the then Rasipur parish priest and was completed and consecrated on January 25, 1998, by the diocesan bishop. Initially functioning as a branch of Holy Mother of Lourdes Church, Rasipuram, it was later placed under Senthamangalam Parish when that became independent in 2003. The sanctuary was renovated during a subsequent pastoral administration. The church serves 15 families approximately 16 km from Senthamangalam via Rasipur, and the feast is celebrated on October 28 each year in honour of Saint Jude Thaddeus.
