Brief History:

Our Lady of Fatima Church, Nagoor, was constructed with support from the Roman Missionary Centre and consecrated on December 13, 1995. It functioned as a branch parish under Karur until 2009, when the Tanjore Diocese elevated it to an independent parish. The church serves 350 families across 10 branch communities. A bell tower was added in 2001, a new flagpole was consecrated in 2016, and the Saint Fatima Cultural Hall was opened in 2017. The parish feast in honour of Our Lady of Fatima is celebrated over ten days beginning on May 13.
