Brief History:
Our Lady of Miracles Church, Alangudi, is a parish in the Tanjore Diocese serving 165 Catholic families across several villages including Vamban Colony, Fatima Nagar, Tavalapallam, Arasadipatti, Kummangulam, and surrounding areas. The church is conveniently located near Alangudi’s new bus station and serves as the parent church for St. Michael the Archangel Church, Kummangulam, among other branch churches. The parish celebrates a five-day major feast in August each year.
