Brief History:
This modest chapel emerged from humble beginnings as a thatched structure in the southeastern boundary of Vadakkankulum. The current stone building was constructed in 1948 through the personal financial contribution of a departed bishop, aimed at strengthening local Christian participation in Sunday worship. Festival celebrations began as early as 1910 and continue for 13 days each June (June 1–13). The chapel is dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua and is affiliated with the Holy Family Church, Vadakkankulam.
