Brief History:

The church was established in 1983 when Catholic families from various regions working at a textile mill requested a local place of worship. The initial construction was dedicated to the Holy Mother of Health. A new church whose architecture mirrors the Velankanni Basilica was completed and blessed on March 2, 2019, by Archbishop Anthony Pappusamy, representing eight years of community effort. The church serves 58 families and has produced 4 vocations to religious life. The feast is celebrated from August 29 to September 8.
