The Church is known in the name of Saint Sebastian the martyr of Jesus Christ. So many miracles happen in the name of Saint. Saint’s day is January 20. Balaramapuram St.Sebastian’s Pilgrim Church celebrations – ten days on every year around January 20. During these days ADIMAKETTU is famous – means; a willingness and desire to dedicate oneself to serve God in the name of the saint (Slave of God). Last year (2010) a relic of St.Alphonsa is placed inside the church.
